KryptoKloud receives Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award 2021

KryptoKloud’s proud commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant has once again been officially recognised. At a splendid Awards Dinner hosted at the International Bomber Command Centre near Lincoln on Thursday 14th October 2021, KryptoKloud was presented with the Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award by Toby Dennis, the Lord Lieutenant of Lincolnshire on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. On this occasion, KryptoKloud were one of 32 organisations throughout the East Midlands who received this coveted award, joining an existing 149 across the region, for displaying exceptional levels of support for the Armed Forces community.

KryptoKloud currently employs six veterans covering the ranks of Wing Commander to Private from across all arms and branches including military intelligence and security; collectively totally 144 years of service. Their skills, experience and work ethic are greatly valued, and this enhances the overall effectiveness of the company. Within KryptoKloud’s 24/7 Cyber Intelligence and Security Operations Centre a high level of security awareness is integral to success. This is held by all veterans whether employed in business management or cyber analysis positions and importantly is passed on to junior non-service employees from which to benefit. This coupled with reliability, confidentiality and integrity are key attributes amongst many that are essential within the field of cyber intelligence and security. Additionally, our veterans have a huge amount of past and recent operational experience covering the past 40 years and as such with their spouses and partners have a very high level of understanding and compassion where welfare and associated issues exist. Finally, whilst of course very satisfied with the Silver Award, work has already commenced towards achieving the Gold Award in 2022.
