KryptoKloud Takes on Lincoln College Apprentices

2021 has been a year of outstanding growth and change for KryptoKloud, not only in the size of its workforce but also physically as it prepares to relocate to bigger and premises, but more of that later.  In early September KryptoKloud embarked on a new adventure of taking on not one, two, or three, but four new apprentices, courtesy of the Kickstarter Programme and our Cyber Partner, Lincoln College.

We have added to our compliment of existing Cyber Security experts, three Cyber Security Apprentices and a Apprentice Business Administrator. Since their arrival, the Cyber Apprentices have each received the necessary training to become Junior Cyber Security Analysts, training that is complimenting their part-time studies in Cyber Security at Lincoln College. Our new Cyber apprentices have quickly proven to be strong and adaptable members of the team, performing live cyber threat analysis and triage against threats to our rapidly increasing client base, and getting fully engaged in our Cyber Operations Business Risk Audit (COBRA) reporting processes. Our Apprentice Business Administrator has already successfully managed to negotiate our infrastructure, our needs and quirks, and made exceptional changes to our offices spaces to benefit every member of staff.

These new additions to the KryptoKloud family have arrived at a perfect and interesting time as we prepare to move to our shiny new premises. A new building that promises growth in capability, growth in work strength, and growth in services to our clients. We warmly welcome them and look forward help them develop not only as apprentices in their respective areas, but also as members of the team.
